Why Talentværk exists

Talentværk is a Danish project company that helps companies explore and deliver new development opportunities for their business. At the same time, we give students the opportunity to turn their skills into responsibility and experience.

Companies today face developments that create new opportunities to optimize and rethink their business. It may be new technologies, changing customer needs or new markets. But even when the potential is there, it can be hard to find the time and resources to explore what the opportunities could become.

At the same time, many students have current knowledge and the desire to create value, but lack the opportunity to build relevant professional experience.

Talentværk meets both needs.

We help companies spot and explore development opportunities and turn them into concrete projects. We assemble the right student team, drive the process and quality-assure the delivery, so the company does not have to handle recruitment or project management.

Where the idea comes from

We have stood on the other side ourselves.

Talentværk was started by people who were recently students themselves and know the transition from education to working life.

We have seen how much skill and potential exists among students, but also how difficult it can be to get the chance to use it on something that matters outside the study programme.

At the same time, we have met companies with ideas, improvements and development opportunities that are not explored because daily operations take over and time is limited.

What if those two things could help each other?

That is the thought Talentværk is built on. Companies get new perspectives and extra capacity for concrete development tasks, while students get the opportunity to take responsibility, use their skills and build experience from real business life.
